On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
Jailbreak and/or other servers if help is needed
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I believe I’m able to distinguish and enact fair and reasonable judgment and punishments on an individual case by case basis
I think jailbreak in particular has a problem with lack of present moderation at current times.
TF2 jailbreak is something I’ve played ever since I began in 2012 so I have a very solid grasp on the entire gamemode and general rules (though I know they differ from server to server)
I managed to secure a moderator spot in a jailbreak server (2013-2016ish) when Intox was a larger company than it is today so I have knowledge on how to moderate as well as a broad understanding of the source engine

That’s a long list. I think I’ve spoken to and made known my presence to every moderator (on jailbreak) and some admins. To list a few I’ve spoken most to:

How often do you play TF2?
Almost daily after work
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
1st: Check what the current ONGOING problem is (does immediate action need taken? Racial slurs, Micspam, etc.)
2nd: Check past chat/warns/bans. Has this player offended previously, what was it, what action was already taken.
3rd: Appropriate actions taken based off conclusive evidence
I believe it’s important to hear our players a lot of the time.
Some people have a bad day and say things they don’t mean etc. If you rule with an iron fist, players are unlikely to want to return to BLW. So I believe chances should be given in a lot of cases
